Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: April 2026 This Booking Policy applies to all appointments, classes, workshops, retreats, and ceremonial services offered by Indigo Wynne Beauty, Indigo Wynne Ritual Beauty Studio, and Wynne & Willow Academy. By booking any service, you agree to the terms below. 1. GENERAL BOOKING TERMS All appointments require full payment or a non‑refundable deposit at booking. Services are not confirmed until payment is received. We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods. Confirmation and reminders are sent via email or SMS; clients are responsible for accurate contact information. 2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Standard appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no‑shows forfeit the full service fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation. Specialty or extended services (90+ minutes or requiring preparation) require 48 hours notice. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS Indigo Wynne and Wynne & Willow may adjust offerings, schedules, or practitioners at any time. Significant changes will be communicated. Late cancellations or no‑shows forfeit the full fee. Practitioners may decline or modify services for safety or ethical reasons. 3. CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & CERTIFICATIONS Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. Fees are non‑refundable once access or materials are provided. If Indigo Wynne or Wynne & Willow cancels a class, participants may receive a refund or transfer to a future session. 4. RETREATS & SPECIAL EVENTS Deposits are non‑refundable. Payment plans must be completed by the stated deadline. Cancellations made 60+ days before the event may receive a partial refund (minus deposit). Cancellations made 59 days or fewer are non‑refundable. 5. LATE ARRIVALS Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may shorten service time; more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture. Late arrivals to classes or workshops may not be admitted. 6. HEALTH & SAFETY Clients must disclose relevant health conditions or allergies. Certain treatments may not be suitable for all individuals. Practitioners may adjust or decline services for safety. 7. NO‑SHOWS Failure to attend without notice is considered a no‑show and results in forfeiture of the full fee. Repeated no‑shows may limit booking privileges. 8. MINORS Minors may participate only with parental consent, appropriate supervision, and practitioner approval.
